We use Paypal to process online purchases. Follow the instructions at the checkout and pay with Visa, Mastercard, Echeck or American Express.
*You do not need to have your own PayPal account to complete an order.
*All orders made on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.
We normally ship within 5-7 business days of your completed order, although the process can occasionally take up to 14 days.
Shipping and Handing
*All serigraph (screen prints) have a small handling fee for shipping insurance.
Orders in the state of Washington and Oregon are shipped USPS 2-5 business days. All other states orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Priority Mail arrives in 2 to 3 business days depending on your location. Shipping does not happen on weekends. We only ship completed orders. Your purchase will be sent only when all items are ready. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted and offered an alternative or refund. Paypal will automatically calculate domestic shipping charges for all online orders. If you are wanting express domestic service, please contact us for cost and product availability. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order confirmation email, in case it has been delayed. Shipping charges will apply to items that have to be reshipped due to a client’s return/exchange. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Packages that are returned to us are often marked “insufficient address.” You will be responsible for extra shipping costs if we have to resend due to an address input error.*Please also note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
All international orders are shipped via USPS International and arrival timing varies due to customs requirements within each receiving country. USPS shipments cannot be tracked once they enter foreign customs. Please contact your local post office to track your shipment. We only ship completed orders. Your purchase will be sent only when all items are ready. All international orders require extra postage.
Your orders may be subject to customs duties not included in the price or shipping and handling fee. Customs duties are set and collected by the government of the country where your order is delivered. Fontana Studios can’t discount, alter customs duties, or reimburse you for them.
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of these products, if you receive what you ordered and it is not defective, it cannot be returned.
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days via email and we will promptly send the correct item. Return the wrong product with the receipt within 15 days of receiving the items. Please ensure that you send returned goods back using recorded delivery(tracking number). We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit that are being returned to us.
Lost or Damaged Goods
Note we take no responsibility for late, lost, or damaged deliveries once they have left our studio to the hands of the delivery service. We pack our prints with extra care, doing our best to ensure that they won’t be damaged. It is an unfortunate event that a print manages to become damaged in transit, especially in urban areas with disgruntled postal delivery individuals. Keep in mind that it’s the buyer’s responsibility to follow-up on and file the insurance claim.
Will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email address, home or business address or any other personal information to any third party. If you are a client and would like your email address to be removed, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject line as “remove” and we will immediately remove your email from our database.
